Another one I tried out for the Bridge Capital Art Contest. I remember going into their building and seeing all the work other artists submitted. I want to start a proper gallery on Saipan, preferably run as an artist co-op. I visited one in WA. An artist can join if they submit a portfolio and can exhibit or use some facilities like a frame making workshop in exchange for volunteering their time as a gallery attendant a few hours a week or month depending on the membership.
